Skills for Managing Life

One to one or small group sessions

Across a series of sessions (one to one or in a small group), participants will learn practical techniques and skills to enable them to develop self-care, to be mindful and stay in the present, to be able to recognise and then regulate difficult emotions, to cope with demanding situations and challenging thoughts, and to build and maintain positive relationships.
